RETURN

All sales are final. Due to hygiene standards, returns and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.

In the event of a defect, a proof of purchase and clear photos must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Please note that each prosthetic is handcrafted. Minor variations or imperfections that do not affect the functionality or quality of the product are to be expected.

We reserve the right to deny a replacement if we determine that the reported issue is the result of improper use.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If the shipping process has not yet begun, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

REFUND

In exceptional cases, a store credit may be issued. No monetary refunds will be provided.

If your parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees or if it was refused by the recipient, no refund will be issued.
